Standard Clean- Ideal for Quick Turnovers

Our Standard Clean is perfect for in-between guest stays or after owner visit when the property hasn't experienced heavy or long-term use. It's designed to refresh your space quickly and efficiently, ensuring it's spotless and ready for the next arrival. 

Standard Cleaning Check-List

Kitchen

1. Countertops and Cabinets:

  • Clean and sanitize countertops, kitchen islands and cabinets.

2. Appliances:

  • Wipe down inside and outside of refrigerator, oven and microwave.
  • Wipe down and sanitize coffee makers, toasters, air fryers and other smaller appliances.

3. Sinks and Fixtures:

  • Scrub the sink and faucet.
  • Ensure garbage disposal (if present) is clear and operational. 

4. Dishes and Utensils:

  • Load dishwasher and start; if dishwasher is clean unload
  • Clean and put away larger items. 

Dining Area

1. Furniture-

  • Arrange furniture to match listing photos.
  • Dust and wipe down tables, chairs, side table and more. 

2. Closets and Drawers- 

  • Check for personal items and food.
  • Wipe down shelves and drawers. 

3. Floors-

  • Sweep and mop hard surfaces.
  • Vacuum area rugs or carpets. 

Living Room

1. Furniture-

  • Replace furniture to correct position.
  • Fluff pillows.
  • Fold and place blankets.
  • Dust and polish coffee table, end tables and TV stand.

2. Electronics- 

  • Dust TV, cable box, DVD player and more. 
  • Confirm items are working correct. 

3. Floors- 

  • Sweep and mop hard surfaces. 
  • Vacuum carpet or area rug. 

Bedrooms

1. Beds:

  • Remove soiled linens and replace with fresh.
  • Fluff and arrange pillows.
  • Dust surfaces, including shelves, light fixtures, end tables and TVs.

2. Closets and Drawers:

  • Check for any personal items left behind.
  • Organize additional pillows and bedding (if needed).

3. Trash and Recycling:

  • Empty all trash cans and recycling bins 
  • Replace liners with fresh ones. 

4. Furniture:

  • Check for and address any damage.
  • Dust (if needed).

Bathrooms

1. Toilets:

  • Scrub and disinfect the toilet bowl, seat, base, back and handle. 

2. Shower/Bathtubs:

  • Clean and disinfect the shower/tub, not including grout lines.
  • Check and remove any mildew or soap scum.

3. Sinks and Vanities:

  • Clean and disinfect the sink, faucet and countertops.
  • Wipe down and sanitize the vanity and mirror. 

4. Towels and Toiletries:

  • Remove used towels and replace with fresh ones.
  • Replenish toiletries.

5. Floors:

  • Sweep and mop bathroom floors. 

Outdoor

1. Furniture- 

  • Arrange any furniture to match listing photos.
  • Spot clean if needed.
  • Check to make sure everything is in working order. 

2. Exterior- 

  • Walk around to make sure there are no maintenance issues. 

General

1. Dusting and Surface Cleaning:

  • Wipe down all surfaces with a disinfectant or appropriate cleaner.
  • Dust surfaces, including shelves, light fixtures, end tables and TVs.

2. Vacuuming and Sweeping:

  • Sweep and mop hard floors (tiles, wood, laminate)
  • Vacuum carpets and area rugs (upholstery)

3. Trash and Recycling:

  • Empty all trash cans and recycling bins.
  • Replace liners. 

4. Windows and Mirrors:

  • Clean windows and glass doors.
  • Wipe and polish mirrors.

5. Furniture:

  • Stage furniture to match listing.

Additional Considerations

1. Heat/Cooling Systems:

  • Check filter monthly and alert if a replace is needed (replacement covered under full service mgt fee) 
  • Ensure system is functioning properly. 

2. Final Inspection:

  • Conduct final walk-through to ensure that everything is in order.
  • Confirm no damage or maintenance items need to be addressed.

3. Guest Amenities:

  • Replenish any complimentary items such as coffee, tea or paper products are placed.
